Ranch Partner Lease

$325 per month

The ideal introduction to having a horse of your own.

Enjoy one scheduled ranch visit each week with an assigned horse. Spend time grooming, practicing groundwork, saddling, riding, and building a consistent relationship with your horse.

Includes:

One scheduled day per week or a total of fourdays per month.
Up to two hours per visit
Priority scheduling on assigned days
Horse, ranch tack, and grooming equipment
Access to approved riding areas
Routine feed, boarding, farrier care, and veterinary care
One monthly horsemanship check-in
Discounted lessons and special ranch activities

Half Lease

Visit your assigned horse up to twice per week and experience many of the benefits of ownership without assuming the full financial and daily responsibility.

The lessee receives exclusive recreational riding privileges for an assigned horse at Legacy Acres, subject to the horse’s health, rest schedule, and ranch policies.

Includes:

Access up to six scheduled days per week or up to 24 days per month.
Priority use of the assigned horse
Routine feed, boarding, farrier care, and veterinary care
Horse, ranch tack, and grooming equipment
Monthly horse-care and riding review
A personalized riding and horsemanship plan

Jumping, racing, barrel patterns, hard running, or other high-impact activities
