Best for newer riders, families, and people exploring horse ownership.

Half Lease — $495 per month

More saddle time and a deeper connection.

Visit your assigned horse up to twice per week and experience many of the benefits of ownership without assuming the full financial and daily responsibility.

• Eight scheduled lease days per month

• Up to two hours per visit

• Priority scheduling on assigned days

• Horse, ranch tack, and grooming equipment

• Access to approved riding areas

• Routine feed, boarding, farrier care, and veterinary care

• One monthly horsemanship check-in

• Discounted lessons and special ranch activities

Best for confident beginners and intermediate recreational riders.

Full Shared Lease — $795 per month

Experience horse ownership without buying a horse.

Full shared lessees receive priority access to an assigned horse for up to four scheduled days per week. This option is designed for riders who want consistent saddle time and the opportunity to participate more fully in the horse’s care and development.

Includes:

• Up to 16 scheduled lease days per month

• Up to two hours per visit

• Priority scheduling

• Assigned horse and ranch tack

• Routine feed, boarding, farrier care, and veterinary care

• Approved groundwork and riding activities

• Monthly progress and horse-care review

• Discounts on lessons, guided rides, photoshoots, and ranch events

The horse may still be used by Legacy Acres for experiences, lessons, events, or another compatible lessee.

Exclusive Ranch Lease — Starting at $1,195 per month

Our closest experience to owning a horse.

The lessee receives exclusive recreational riding privileges for an assigned horse at Legacy Acres, subject to the horse’s health, rest schedule, and ranch policies.

Includes:

• Access up to six scheduled days per week

• Priority use of the assigned horse

• Routine feed, boarding, farrier care, and veterinary care

• Use of designated tack and grooming equipment

• Monthly horse-care and riding review

• A personalized riding and horsemanship plan

Availability is limited, and pricing may vary by horse.

What is not included

• Removing the horse from Legacy Acres

• Unapproved trail riding or riding on public streets

• Horse shows, competitions, rodeos, parades, or outside events

• Transportation or horse-trailer use

• Specialized tack or personal riding equipment

• Riding lessons except where specifically included

• Guest riding privileges

• Jumping, racing, barrel patterns, hard running, or other high-impact activities

• Veterinary expenses resulting from negligent, reckless, or unauthorized activity

• Guaranteed makeup days for late cancellations or missed appointments
